1. 3. ink transfer system, adopt high precision anilox roller and ink transfer rubber roller,independent motor drive, overrun clutch separation, guarantee machine stop but ink not, pneumatic diaphragm pump inking and pneumatic lifting plate.
4. Whole cast iron rails, aging treatment,integration of machining center, precision machined solid wallboard use 140mm joist steel strengthen connection.
5. The whole machine fasting bolt all adopt standard Grade 8.8 strengthen screw.so that maintain whole machine stability.
6. all principal axis with dynamic and static balance correction, machine run steadily under high speed and no vibrate.
